                       The  Committee   on Transportation   and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was referred the  bill (H.R. 3447) to amend  title 23, United States
                     Code, to authorize  a hydrogen   powered  vehicle  to exceed certain
                     weight limits on the Interstate Highway  System,  and  for other pur-
                     poses, having considered  the same, reports favorably  thereon with-
                     out amendment   and  recommends   that the bill do pass.
