                       The Committee   on Energy   and Commerce,   to whom   was referred
                     the bill (H.R. 4469)  to clarify that eRINs  are not  authorized  for
                     purposes  of satisfying the volume  of renewable  fuel that needs  to
                     be contained  in transportation fuel for purposes  of the Renewable
                     Fuel Program,  and  for other purposes, having considered  the same,
                     reports favorably  thereon  without  amendment and recommends
                     that the bill do pass.
