                       The Committee   on Armed   Services, to whom  was referred the bill
                     (H.R. 1282) to amend  title 10, United States Code,  to expand eligi-
                     bility to certain military retirees for concurrent receipt of veterans'
                     disability compensation  and  retired pay or combat-related   special
                     compensation,  and for other purposes, having  considered  the same,
                     reports favorably  thereon  with  an  amendment and recommends
                     that the bill as amended do pass.
