                              EXPANDING ACCESS TO CAPITAL ACT OF 2023

                           Mr.  MCHENRY, from the Committee on Financial Services,
                                              submitted   the following

                        The  Committee on Financial Services, to whom was referred the
                      bill (H.R.  2799)  to  make   reforms   to the  capital  markets   of the
                      United  States,  and for other  purposes,  having  considered  the same,
                      reports  favorably   thereon  with   an  amendment and recommends
                      that the  bill as amended  do  pass.
                        The  amendment is as follows:
                        Strike  all after the enacting clause  and  insert the following:
                      SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
                        (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Expanding Access to Capital Act
                      of 2023.
                        (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
                      Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents.

                                         DIVISION A-STRENGTHENING PUBLIC MARKETS
