                    bill (H.R. 1843) to amend  the Internal Revenue   Code  of 1986 to
                    permanently  extend the exemption  for telehealth services from cer-
                    tain high deductible health plan rules, having considered the same,
                    reports favorably thereon  with  an amendment and recommends
                    that the bill as amended do pass.
