bill (H.R. 4847) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to
establish requirements with respect to the use of prior authoriza-
tion under Medicare Advantage plans, and for other purposes, hav-
ing considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amend-
ment and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
