Code, to direct the Secretary of Transportation to set aside certain
funds to provide parking for commercial motor vehicles on the Fed-
eral-aid highway system, and for other purposes, having considered
the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommends that the bill as amended do pass.
