Purpose and Summary
H.R. 3372, the One Stop Shop Community Reentry Program Act
of 2021, would fill a critical void in reentry services by providing
resources for state and local jurisdictions to make grants to estab-
lish a more centralized process for assisting individuals who are re-
entering their communities after a period of incarceration. The one-
stop shop model that this legislation promotes would aim to pro-
vide complete reentry services to address the critical elements of
