AMERICA'S OUTDOOR RECREATION ACT
SEPTEMBER 21, 2022.-Ordered to be printed
Mr. MANCHIN, from the Committee on Energy and Natural
Resources, submitted the following
R E P O R T
[To accompany S. 3266]
The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, to which was
referred the bill (S. 3266), to improve recreation opportunities on,
and facilitate greater access to, Federal public land, and for other
purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably thereon
with an amendment, in the nature of a substitute, and recommends
that the bill, as amended, do pass.
AMENDMENT
Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) Short Title.-This Act may be cited as the America's Outdoor Recreation Act
of 2022.
(b) Table of Contents.-The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
