The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, to which was
referred the bill (S. 177), to amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Con-
servation, Management, and Recreation Act to establish the Cerro
de la Olla Wilderness in the Rio Grande del Norte National Monu-
ment and to modify the boundary of the Rio Grande del Norte Na-
tional Monument, having considered the same, reports favorably
thereon with amendments and recommends that the bill, as
amended, do pass.
AMENDMENTS
The amendments are as follows:
1. On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike January 28, 2021 and
insert April 25, 2022.
2. On page 3, line 4, strike 13,103 and insert 13,098.
3. On page 3, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:
(B) in paragraph (4), in the matter preceding subpara-
graph (A), by striking this Act and inserting this Act
(including a reserve common grazing allotment);
4. On page 3, line 8, strike (B) and insert (C).
5. On page 3, line 15, strike (C) and insert (D).
