bill (H.R. 7196) to amend the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assist-
ance Act to expand the authorized activities under the Continuum
of Care program to include activities that address barriers to
transitioning families in rural areas to permanent housing, and for
other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill as
amended do pass.
