SECTION 1. WHISTLEBLOWER INCENTIVES AND PROTECTIONS.
(a) AWARDS FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS.-
(1) IN GENERAL.-Section 5323 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by
striking subsection (b) and inserting the following:
