Purpose and Summary
H.R. 3285, the 21st Century President Act, would amend gen-
dered terms in section 879 of title 18 of the United States Code,
which provides that it is a criminal offense to threaten to kill, kid-
nap or inflict bodily harm upon the President, the President's
spouse, and certain other individuals.
