bill (H.R. 6824) to authorize the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Security Agency of the Department of Homeland Security to hold
an annual cybersecurity competition relating to offensive and de-
fensive cybersecurity disciplines, and for other purposes, having
considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
