bill (H.R. 903) to enhance the security operations of the Transpor-
tation Security Administration and stability of the transportation

Administration who provide screening of all passengers and prop-
erty, and for other purposes, having considered the same, reports
favorably thereon with amendments and recommends that the bill
as amended do pass.
