The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred the bill
(H.R. 1621) to amend section 3661 of title 18, United States Code,
to prohibit the consideration of acquitted conduct at sentencing,
having considered the same, reports favorably thereon without
amendment and recommends that the bill do pass.

H.R. 1621, the Prohibiting Punishment of Acquitted Conduct
