The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
was referred the bill (H.R. 5673) to amend the Robert T. Stafford
Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to make technical
corrections to the hazard mitigation revolving loan fund program,
and for other purposes, having considered the same, reports favor-
ably thereon without amendment and recommends that the bill do
pass.
