(H.R. 5720) to amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to pro-
vide for a periodic transaction reporting requirement for Federal
judicial officers and the online publication of financial disclosure re-
ports of Federal judicial officers, and for other purposes, having
considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
