thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill as
amended do pass.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the Elder Abuse Protection Act of 2021.
SEC. 2. ELDER JUSTICE INITIATIVE.
Section 101(b) of the Elder Abuse Prevention and Prosecution Act (34 U.S.C.
21711(b)) is amended to read as follows:
