The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 3263) to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to es-
tablish in the Department of Homeland Security a medical counter-
measures program, and for other purposes, having considered the
same, reports favorably thereon without amendment and rec-
ommends that the bill do pass.
