                      The  Committee   on Ways   and Means,   to whom  was  referred the
                    bill (H.R. 2113) to amend  titles XI and XVIII of the Social Security
                    Act to provide for drug manufacturer  price transparency, to require
                    certain  manufacturers  to  report on  product samples   provided to
                    certain health  care providers, and for other purposes,  having con-
                    sidered  the same,  reports favorably  thereon with  an  amendment
                    and  recommends   that the bill as amended do pass.
