                      The Committee   on Energy  and Commerce,   to whom  was referred
                    the resolution (H. Res. 549) reaffirming the commitment  to media
                    diversity and pledging  to work  with  media  entities and diverse
                    stakeholders to develop common  ground  solutions to eliminate bar-
                    riers to media diversity, having considered the same, reports favor-
                    ably thereon without amendment and recommends that the resolu-
                    tion be agreed to.
