                     the bill (H.R. 2610) to  establish a Senior Scams   Prevention  Advi-
                     sory Council to collect and disseminate  model educational  materials
                     useful in identifying and preventing  scams  that affect seniors, hav-
                     ing considered  the  same,  reports favorably  thereon  with  amend-
                     ments  and recommends that the bill   as amended   do pass.

                      (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
