                      The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
                    the bill (H.R. 1754) to improve the integrity and safety of horse-
                    racing by requiring a uniform anti-doping and medication control
                    program to be developed and enforced by an independent Horse-
                    racing Anti-Doping and Medication Control Authority, having con-
                    sidered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
                    and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.

                       Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:

                    SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
                      This Act may be cited as the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act of 2020.
