The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
the bill (H.R. 8128) to direct the Consumer Product Safety Commis-
sion to establish a pilot program to explore the use of artificial in-
telligence in support of the consumer product safety mission of the
Commission, having considered the same, reports favorably thereon
with amendments and recommends that the bill as amended do
pass.
