The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
the bill (H.R. 4861) to amend the Public Health Service Act to es-
tablish a program to improve the identification, assessment, and
treatment of patients in the emergency department who are at risk
of suicide, and for other purposes, having considered the same, re-
ports favorably thereon without amendment and recommends that
the bill do pass.
