                    the bill (H.R. 8132) to require the Federal Trade Commission and
                    the Secretary of Commerce to conduct studies and submit reports
                    on the impact of artificial intelligence and other technologies on
                    United States businesses conducting interstate commerce, and for
                    other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably
                    thereon without amendment and recommends that the bill do pass.
