research, data, and leadership on continuous manufacturing as Na-
tional Centers of Excellence in Continuous Pharmaceutical Manu-
facturing, and for other purposes, having considered the same, re-
ports favorably thereon with an amendment and recommends that
the bill as amended do pass.
