                   This supplemental report shows changes in existing law made by
                   the bill (H.R. 1140), as reported, which was not included in part
                   1 of the report submitted by the Committee on Homeland Security
                   on February 21, 2020 (H. Rept. 116-398, pt. 1).

                     CHANGES IN EXISTING LAW MADE BY THE BILL, AS REPORTED
                     In compliance with clause 3(e) of rule XIII of the Rules of the
                  House of Representatives, changes in existing law made by the bill,
                  as reported, are shown as follows (existing law proposed to be omit-
                  ted is enclosed in black brackets and existing law in which no
                  change is proposed is shown in roman):

                  SEC. 111. TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OF SECURITY SCREENING
                            PERSONNEL.
                    (a) [Omitted amendatory text]
                    (b) CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.-Section 44936(a)(1) of title 49,
                  United States Code, is amended-
                       (1) in subparagraph (A) by inserting as a security screener
                     under section 44935(e) or a position after a position; and
