                                           [To accompany H.R. 4761]

                      The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
                    bill (H.R. 4761) to ensure U.S. Customs and Border Protection offi-
                    cers, agents, and other personnel have adequate synthetic opioid
                    detection equipment, that the Department of Homeland Security
                    has a process to update synthetic opioid detection capability, and
                    for other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably
                    thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill do pass.
