                      Mr. THOMPSON of Mississippi, from the Committee on Homeland

                       The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 3699) to codify the Transportation Security Administra-
                     tion's responsibility relating to securing pipelines against cyberse-
                     curity threats, acts of terrorism, and other nefarious acts that jeop-
                     ardize the physical security or cybersecurity of pipelines, and for
                     other purposes, having considered the same, report favorably there-
                     on without amendment and recommend that the bill do pass.
