PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
The purpose of the bill is to add to the Commission on Immigra-
tion Reform two former United States Congressmen with expertise
on immigration policy, Hamilton Fish, Jr., and Romano Mazzoli.
The Commission was established in the Immigration Act of 1990
to review and evaluate the impact of that Act. The bipartisan Com-
