                                          PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

                      The purpose of H.R. 3356, the Veterans Expedited TSA      Screen-
                    ing Safe Travel Act is require the Transportation Security Admin-
                    istration (TSA) to provide PreCheck airport security screening to
                    certain severely injured or disabled veterans.
