                      LANGUAGES TO ADVANCE TRAVELER EDUCATION ACT

                      The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
                    bill (H.R. 3691) to require the TSA to develop a plan to ensure that
                    TSA material disseminated in major airports can be better under-
                    stood by more people accessing such airports, and for other pur-
                    poses, having considered the same, report favorably thereon with-
                    out amendment and recommend that the bill do pass.
