                          Mr. DEFAZIO, from the Committee on Transportation and
                                   Infrastructure, submitted the following


                                              REPORT

                                            [To accompany H.R. 1984]

                               [Including cost estimate of the Congressional Budget Office]

                       The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was referred the bill (H.R. 1984) to amend chapter 11 of title 31,
                     United States Code, to require the Director of the Office of Man-
                     agement and Budget to annually submit to Congress a report on
                     all disaster-related assistance provided by the Federal Government,
                     having considered the same, report favorably thereon without
                     amendment and recommend that the bill do pass.
