                       The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was referred the bill (H.R. 1306) to amend the Disaster Recovery
                     Reform Act to develop a study regarding streamlining and consoli-
                     dating information collection and preliminary damage assessments,
                     and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favor-
                     ably thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill do
                     pass.
