The Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, to which was
referred the bill (H.R. 857) to provide for conservation and en-
hanced recreation activities in the California Desert Conservation
Area, and for other purposes, having considered the same, reports
favorably thereon with an amendment in the nature of a substitute
and recommends that the bill, as amended, do pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the California Desert Protection and
Recreation Act of 2018.
