                           The  Committee on Natural Resources, to whom was referred the
                        bill (H.R.  3400)  to  promote   innovative   approaches to outdoor recre-
                        ation  on  Federal   land   and  to  open   up  opportunities   for  collabora-
                        tion with   non-Federal partners, and for other purposes, having con-
                        sidered  the  same,   report  favorably  thereon   with  an  amendment and
                        recommend that the bill as amended do pass.
                           The  amendment is as follows:
                           Strike  all after the  enacting  clause   and  insert the  following:
                        SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
                          (a) SHORT TITLE.-This  Act may  be cited as the Recreation Not Red Tape  Act.
                          (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The   table of contents of this Act is as follows:
