                      The  Committee   on  Transportation  and  Infrastructure, to whom
                    was  referred the bill (H.R. 5319) to transfer Coast Guard  property
                    in the Town  of Jupiter Island, Florida, for inclusion in Hobe Sound
                    National  Wildlife Refuge, having considered the same,  report favor-
                    ably thereon  without  amendment   and  recommend that the bill   do
                    pass.
