                       The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 2787) to establish in the Department of Veterans Affairs
                     a pilot program instituting a clinical observation program for pre-
                     med students preparing to attend medical school, having consid-
                     ered the same, report favorably thereon with an     amendment and
                     recommend that the bill as amended do pass.
