[To accompany H.R. 6301]
The Committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 6301) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to
provides that a high deductible health plan may permit certain cov-
erage up to a dollar limit without satisfaction of the minimum de-
ductible, report favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
