The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 4635) to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to in-
crease the number of peer-to-peer counselors providing counseling
for women veterans, and for other purposes, having considered the
same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
