                      The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
                    bill (H.R. 1486) to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to
                    provide funding to secure non-profit facilities from terrorist attacks,
                    and for other purposes, having considered the same, report favor-
                    ably thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as
                    amended do pass.
