The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 1133) to amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize
the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide for an operation on a
live donor for purposes of conducting a transplant procedure for a
veteran, and for other purposes, having considered the same, report
favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill
as amended do pass.
