handle is hein.congrecreports/crptxaaqt0001 and id is 1 raw text is: AUThENTICATEO U.S. GOVERNMENT INFORMATION Gp 115TH CONGRESS REPORT 1st Session SENATE 115-154 FURTHER REVISED ALLOCATION TO SUBCOMMITTEES OF BUDGET TOTALS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017 SEPTEMBER 13, 2017.-Ordered to be printed Mr. COCHRAN, from the Committee on Appropriations, submitted the following REPORT The Committee on Appropriations submits the following report revising the section 302(b) allocation to its subcommittees for fiscal year 2017 set forth in Senate Report 114-238 (April 18, 2016) and revised in Senate Report 114-253 (May 12, 2016), Senate Report 114-257 (May 18, 2016), Senate Report 114-273 (June 8, 2016), Senate Report 114-278 (June 15, 2016), Senate Report 114-286 (June 27, 2016), Senate Report 114-358 (September 26, 2016), Sen- ate Report 114-405 (December 9, 2016), Senate Report 115-001 (January 17, 2017) and Senate Report 115-043 (May 4, 2017). Section 302(e) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, as amended, provides that at any time after a committee reports its allocations such committee may report to its House an alteration of such allocations. This report is submitted pursuant to this sec- tion. The Congressional Budget Act requires that as soon as prac- ticable after a concurrent resolution on the budget is agreed to, the Committee on Appropriations shall submit to the Senate a report subdividing among its subcommittees the new budget authority and total outlays allocated to the Committee in the joint explana- tory statement accompanying the conference report on such a reso- lution. Section 102 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (Public Law 114-74) provides for the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget to file an allocation, consistent with the terms of the Bipar- tisan Budget Act, to serve as a section 302(a) allocation for pur- poses of budget enforcement in the Senate. The allocation was filed by the Chairman of the Budget Committee on April 18, 2016 (Con- gressional Record pp. S2121).
