                     equipment at Cuba's airports, require the standardization of Fed-
                     eral Air Marshal Service agreements, require efforts to raise inter-
                     national aviation security standards, and for other purposes, hav-
                     ing considered the same, report favorably thereon without amend-
                     ment and recommend that the bill do pass.
