INTELLIGENCE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR
                               2018

         submitted the following

  The Committee on Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence,
to whom was referred the bill (H.R. 3180) to authorize appropria-
tions for fiscal year 2018 for intelligence and intelligence-related
activities of the United States Government, the Community Man-
agement Account, and the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement
and Disability System, and for other purposes, having considered
the same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
  The amendment is as follows:
  Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
  (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Intelligence Authorization Act
for Fiscal Year 2018.
  (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents.
Sec. 2. Definitions.
                      TITLE I-INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITIES
