The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, to whom
was referred the bill (H.R. 1665) to ensure that Administrator of
the Federal Emergency Management Agency considers severe local
impact in making a recommendation to the President for a major
disaster declaration, having considered the same, report favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommend that the bill as
amended do pass.
