The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
resolution (H. Res. 235) directing the Secretary of Homeland Secu-
rity to transmit certain documents to the House of Representatives
relating to the Department of Homeland Security's research, inte-
gration, and analysis activities relating to Russian Government in-
terference in the elections for Federal office held in 2016, having
considered the same, reports unfavorably thereon without amend-
ment and recommends that the resolution not be agreed to.
