                       The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 1353) to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to re-
                     quire certain additional information to be submitted to Congress
                     regarding the strategic 5-year technology   investment plan   of the
                     Transportation   Security  Administration, having    considered  the
                     same, report   favorably  thereon   without  amendment     and   rec-
                     ommend that the bill do pass.
